Danbury unveils services app allowing residents to report floods, potholes or neighborhood roosters

DANBURY – City Hall is touting a free app that allows residents to use their cellphones to report quality-of-life concerns such as potholes or a noisy neighborhood rooster, as well as connect with services such as the permit center and the voting office.
