Danbury OKs downtown update over concerns over homelessness, crowded schools: 'Heart of the city'

DANBURY – A “once-in-a-generation” upgrade of the downtown development rules to bring the Main Street corridor back to life was approved over concerns that the plan overlooked homelessness, crowded classrooms and outdated infrastructure.
